Yes.
Dogs over 70 lbs are charged $1 per pound over 70 lbs to fairly reflect time, handling, and coat volume.
Do you groom senior or special-needs pets?
Yes.
We offer Senior Comfort Grooming for pets who benefit from a slower pace, extra breaks, or gentle handling.
Grooming may be modified based on your pet’s comfort and safety on the day of service.
What if my pet is anxious or has never been groomed before?
That’s okay.
We take a calm, patient approach and adjust our handling to help your pet feel as comfortable as possible.
For puppies and anxious pets, we focus on positive experiences rather than rushing.
How long will my pet’s grooming appointment take?
Grooming time varies based on your pet’s needs, coat condition, and comfort level.

What happens if my pet has matting or heavy shedding?

Our Vroom n Groom service offers door-to-door pickup and return for full grooms only.
A flat $25 round-trip convenience fee applies for up to four pets in the same household.

What if my kitten becomes stressed?
Your kitten’s comfort comes first. If a kitten becomes overwhelmed, we pause or stop the session to ensure a positive experience.
When does my kitten transition to adult grooming?
Most kittens transition between 9–12 months, depending on coat type, temperament, and grooming needs.
Do pre-paid bundles expire?
Yes. All kitten grooming bundles expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
How does pricing work for multi-kitten households?
Each kitten is priced individually. Pre-paid bundles usually offer the best value for multi-kitten homes.
What if my kitten has matting?
Light matting or extra brushing time may be added. If severe matting requires shaving, a quote will be provided at drop-off.
